Mes colocs retournent vivre au Tessin après de longues années à Genève. Je cherche quelquun pour reprendre leur chambre.
Lappartement: beau duplex de 4 pièces au rez sup et inférieur, donne sur un petit jardin dans une cour intérieure. Plein de lumière et de calme.
La chambre: env. 15 m2, toute la place pour un lit double, armoire etc (le lit part - autres meubles à discuter).
Espace de rangement abondant (appart et cave).
Transports: Place de parking disponible dans le sous-sol de limmeuble et inclus.
2min à pied des trams 12 et 17, 10min à pied du CEVA, et à côté de la voie verte.
La coloc:
Moi: Martha (elle/she), 37 ans, jai grandi en Suisse et vécu une quinzaine dannées au Royaume-Uni. Je travaille et jétudie en santé.
Je fais pas mal de musique sur le côté, rando/vélo/cuisine quand je peux.
Langues parlées: anglais, français, italien
Mon beau chat noir (Titus): très sociable et affectueux, il ma suivi de Londres
On recherche : Quelquun dautonome qui aime prendre soin dun lieu de vie commun et qui aime les chats!
Admin: 3 fiches de salaires (3x loyer brut) et une attestation de non-poursuite, et/ou les mêmes documents sil y a un-e garant-e

My flatmates are moving back to Ticino after many years in Geneva. We are looking for someone to take over their room.
The flat: lovely duplex 4 room flat on the upper and lower ground floors, with a little garden facing an internal courtyard. Lots of light and quiet.
The room: The larger one - approx. 15 sqm, lots of space for a double bed, wardrobe etc (bed is going, rest of furniture can be discussed)
Plenty of storage space in the flat and building cellar.
Transport: Underground parking space available in the building and included in rent.
2 min on foot from 12 and 17 trams, 10min on foot from CEVA train, and next to the voie verte cycle path.
Houseshare:
Me: Martha (she/her), 37, I grew up in Switzerland and spent around 15 years in the UK. I work and study in healthcare. I play a fair amount of music on the side, hiking/cycling/cooking when I can
Spoken languages: English, French, Italian
My beautiful black cat (Titus): very sociable and affectionate, followed me from London.
Were looking for: Someone autonomous who likes to take care of a shared home and who likes cats!
Admin: We would need your last three payments slips (3x rent) and a certificate of no debt, and/or the same for your guarantor if you have one.
