Homegate will pay the winner’s rent for three months, up to a maximum total value of CHF 6,000. The figure paid out by Homegate will amount to the equivalent of three months’ rent (gross rent) according to the winner’s current rental contract. (For example: if the winner’s monthly rent is CHF 1,500, they will receive 3 x CHF 1,500 = CHF 4,500. The maximum amount that will be paid out is CHF 6,000, even if the rent amounts to more than CHF 2,000 per month.) The winner of the second prize will receive a Micasa voucher worth CHF 2,000. The winner of the third prize will receive a Micasa voucher worth CHF 1,000.

The prizes will be drawn among all participants who fulfil the terms and conditions of entry and whose entries are deemed suitable by Homegate. Only participants who are currently renting and for whom the prize amount can be determined on the basis of their rental contract are eligible to win the main prize.

Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties (multiple accounts) is not permitted. Actions aimed at circumventing these blocks are not permitted. Participation is free of charge. Winners will be notified personally and are only entitled to receive the prize if they provide their contact details and accept the terms and conditions. Winners must notify the Promoter within 7 working days of being notified of the prize to which account the payment will be made. If the winners do not reply within one week, the prize will be forfeited. No correspondence will be entered into about the competition other than with the winners.
