Signing a rental agreement

Before you sign a rental agreement, carefully check all details. Pay special attention to the start of renting, periods of notice, net rental fee as well as extra costs (dues) and the level as well as due date of the deposit.

Calculation of rent and rules

The rental agreement should also contain the fundamentals for calculating the rent. Carefully read through the house rules before signing the agreement.

Give notice at last minute

Give notice of terminating the agreement for your current home only when the new rental agreement has been signed by both parties.
