On the second floor there are 10 more rooms and a master suite with Jacuzzi

On the third and last floor there is a 3.5 room flat for the tenant as well as a bedroom.




The building also has a swimming pool that could be converted.




In the basement there is another large conference room, and of course more toilet facilities.

A changing room with ski storage, a technical room, a cold storage room and a boiler room are also available.




The former "discotheque" is just waiting to be freshened up to attract the night owls in droves.




A large parking area for numerous vehicles is waiting to be reoccupied so that numerous guests can bring new life to this beautiful hotel.
