Viewings only possible late weekday afternoons....minimum stay 12 months. A one month  refundable deposit is required in all cases. One time deep cleaning charge of 400 chf (including VAT) is levied upon exit. Parking is only available at the Casino parking garage (about 150 m away) and costs roughly 175 chf/month.
