The neighborhood

Within a 5 minutes walk is a dry cleaner, barber shop, bakery, several kitas, and a bus stop. Within a 10 minutes walk, is the Seebach 14 tram & bus station, a 24-hour restaurant, grocery stores, pharmacies, a very large outdoor pool and recreation complex, and a wanderweg path.

From the tram or bus it is a 5 minute ride to Bahnhof Oerlikon. (Bahnhof Oerlikon has 8 tracks and it is only 5 minutes to HB!). Or a 10 minute bus ride in the other direction to Flughafen Kloten.

The rent

It is CHF 2215 per month, which includes an allocation for heating and water costs. (Electricity is billed separately.)
