The open plan living area offers extensive views over the valley and has a large seating area with fireplace to relax after a great days skiing. The dining table seats 10 comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. There are four bedrooms in total, the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the three additional bedrooms share two bathrooms. The 3 double bedrooms can also be made as twin beds. The chalet has ample parking for 6 cars and is conveniently located just above the sports centre, where there is a regular free navette bus 100m from the chalet, taking you directly to the Medran ski lift.Chalet Coucou is available for a weekly holiday rental only. Perfectly situated for the Navette bus to access the ski pistes and a relatively flat gentle walk to the amenities such as supermarkets and shops. Spacious 262 sq m property with 4 bedrooms all with en suite shower or bathrooms, there is then a further spa/TV room which has a sofa bed and can be used as a 5th bedroom if required. The spa room and one of the master bedrooms have access to the private garden terrace with sunken hot tub and mountain views. Secluded and sheltered this is a perfect Alpine suntrap. The chalet has been well designed, with integral garage ideal for snowy days and reversed living to give the apex ceiling and volume to the open plan living/dining room and kitchen. This room has a centre piece fireplace and benefits from skylights plus windows on all sides bathing the room with light. From this elevated position you have mountain views both from inside the property and from the south west facing balcony. The chalet occupies 3 floors, top floor holding the living space plus guest WC, the middle level contains the garage, entrance way and a master bedroom with en suite, with further balcony access. Then the ground floor level is predominately bedrooms, a double with en suite, further double/twin and finally a charmingly designed quirky triple bunk room with small en suite. The spa/TV room is also situated on this level plus cave storage rooms and laundry room. Exceptionally well finished with good attention to detail this wonderful chalet makes the perfect holiday retreat.
