The Löwenstrasse accommodates 20 furnished apartments ranging in size from a studio to a 1.5 room apartment. The foundations of the listed building date back to 1873, the heyday of hotel construction. At that time, an English investor decided to built the Neo-Renaissance styled facility and operate it as a guesthouse. Before the renovation took place in 2014, the building was almost in its original condition. We are delighted to continue the original purpose of the building by offering our furnished apartments.

This beautiful apartment, which impresses with unique interior design, was introduced by Arch+, a leading German discursive magazine for architecture and urbanism. Even today, the apartments on Löwenstrasse are presented to students of the most prestigious Swiss universities. This 1 room apartment has a wooden cube with a bright and fully equipped bathroom. From towels to hair dryer, the wet room comes with everything daily needs demand. The kitchen is equipped with two induction plates, a complete set of dishes for four persons, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso machine. Working from home? No problem! This serviced apartment offers enough space for a home office. You have access to unlimited high speed internet throughout the apartment. The sleeping area is characterized by a double bed, which can be used as two separate beds if needed. The original parquet floor dates back to 1873, the year of the house construction. It gives the perfect touch of exclusivity.
