OPTION ONE

Fully furnished executive suite on ONE FLOOR of a triplex - third, fourth and fifth floors of this building - in Zug's charming Altstadt (Old Town).  This suite - which is on the third floor - comes with its own double bedroom, bathroom and living room...and 2950 chf/ month includes ALL BILLS viz. heating, water, electricity,  Wi Fi internet access, Cable TV,  weekly maid service, bedlinen, towels and the use of a fully functional kitchen including all mod cons, crockery and cutlery ...so all you have to do is bring your personal effects. This triplex is part of a quiet, charming and centrally located townhouse in one of the most upmarket parts of Zug with bus stops, good restaurants and a supermarket located at its doorstep. Zug train station is a 5 min taxi ride/ 12 min walk away....if you don't feel like taking the bus. I own the building but am an extremely busy professional who travels a lot on work (in normal times) so the flat will be yours most of the time. However, if I am in town at the same time as you, there is a 1% chance that we might bump into each other in the kitchen, as my bedroom, shower, guest bedroom and lounge are on this triplex’s upper 2 floors but they don't have a separate kitchen. I only use the kitchen at 10am and 6pm if I can actually be bothered to cook so social distancing should  not be a problem. The shared kitchen also explains the 35% discount that a comparable, serviced space would cost in this part of town. Ideal for a NEAT, MALE or FEMALE professional who appreciates elegant living and would rather not be cramped in a small, cubic space in one of this city's grittier areas or for someone relocating. Weekly maid service and garbage disposal is included ....but is limited to cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room .... so putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher and changing your bedlinen/towels (washing machine/dryer in the kitchen on same level) remain the tenant's responsibility. Minimum stay 3 months except for those who need to use this lease to establish residency in which case the local authorities insist on a one year lease. Cleaning charge upon exit : at least 500 chf. A 2000 chf refundable deposit is required in all cases. Parking is only available at the Casino or Frauensteinmatt parking garages (both about 150 m away) and costs 210 chf/month. Bookings only confirmed upon receipt of scanned copy of passport and wire transfer to account number that is provided once the contact form is filled in. Receipts provided. NO FULL TIME COUPLES or PETS. Please also note that smoking is only allowed at the building’s entrance a couple of floors down.

OPTION TWO

On the second floor of the same building, there is a 14 sq. m furnished studio with a desk and sofa cum bed (see second last pic with white sofa). This option costs 1675 chf/month BUT has a shared shower and no kitchen. All bills except for your Internet connection included but a fibre optic connection exists. The shower is shared with two offices on the same floor and will be cleaned by the landlord’s maid once a week. The local authorities will issue a residence permit for one person based on this lease and there is a 2 year minimum.

OPTION THREE

On the ground floor of the same building, there is a 14 sq. m furnished office with access to a toilet in the basement (see last pic with brown, black and red furniture). This option costs 1295/ month on a shared conference room basis. All bills except for your Internet connection included but a fibre optic connection exists. The landlord’s maid will clean the toilet in the basement once a week. The local authorities will NOT give you a residence permit based on this lease and there is a 2 year minimum.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE that for the first two residential options the landlord-who owns the building- is also happy to let tenants share the use of a nicely furnished conference room on the ground floor for an additional charge.
