We have a room of about 14m2 in a 3 ½ apartment that you are going to love, and it is available until 05/31/2024.We are only 5 minutes from bus stops 61/62, so getting to Oerlikon station takes 10 minutes on these buses. And the best thing, besides the location, is the terrace, which is basically our happy place. Oh, and the living room and work area, perfect for those days off or just relaxing.Of course, sharing is living, so you will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, shower, living room and hall. But don't worry, each room is private. We give you your own key so you feel at home.The rent is 800-. per month (without worrying about deposits), and that is without including the basic furniture in your room (bed, dresser, table) which you would have for 195-. The cost of furniture for the living room and other common areas would also be divided, and is 355-. (with the option to stay with them at the end of the contract) or if you prefer you pay 55-. more per month and you enjoy all the shared furniture.We are two guys, 23 and 22 years old, full-time workers, no smoke or noise at night, just quiet people. At home we speak Spanish, but we also speak English, and well, German is an ongoing project.We are looking for another boy to join the family.
