Wegen Auswandern verlasse ich meine geliebte Wohng per sofort. Trotzdem es keinen Lift und keine eigene Waschmaschine in der Wohnung hat, war ich hier immer zufrieden. Im Haus wohnen nette Leute und wir haben eine gute Verbindung zueinander.

Wir haben extrem grosse Balkone und meiner hat ab Mittag Sonne bis Solnenuntergang., einfach traumhaft.

Rothrist ist sehr gut für Steuern und wir haben hier alles auf kleinem Raum, wie Migros, Coop, Aldi, Lidl, Apotheke, Bushaltestelle, Zugsnschluss, et.

Der Preis für die Wohnung ist Fr. 1300.00 plus Fr. 130.00 für Nebenkosten. Ein Parkplatz kann für Fr. 60.00 gemietet werden. Meine Garage wird vermutlich schon übernommen, da eine Warteliste besteht.
