Das Restaurant verfügt über eine professionelle Küche, die vollständig mit neuen oder sehr gut erhaltenen Geräten ausgestattet ist. Der erste Saal bietet Platz für ca. 90 Personen, während der zweite Saal eine Kapazität von 30 Plätzen hat. Die Terrasse vor dem Gebäude hat etwa 20 Plätze. Um das Erdgeschoss zu vervollständigen, finden wir ein Büro, einen Economat, einen Keller, eine Waschküche, einen Kühlraum und ein WC. Der Hotelteil im Obergeschoss besteht aus vier Zimmern mit Dusche und einer renovierten 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung. Das Dachgeschoss, das von der Wohnung aus zugänglich ist, kann ausgebaut werden, um zusätzliche Zimmer zu schaffen.
Die Möbel sowie das gesamte Geschirr sind vorhanden, es sind keine zusätzlichen Investitionen notwendig, um das Geschäft zu übernehmen

The hotel part of the building, upstairs, comprises four bedrooms with en-suite showers and a renovated 3.5-room apartment. The attic, accessible from the apartment, can be converted to create additional bedrooms.
