During the 7-day free trial, you can cancel the subscription at any time. After that, you can disable the automatic renewal in your account settings, which ends the subscription after the selected term. To do this, go to "My Account" > "My TenantPlus" or follow this detailed guide.
The TenantPlus subscription runs initially for a minimum of 2, 3, or 6 months, depending on the selected package. By registering, you agree to this term and commit to making the corresponding payment.
The TenantPlus subscription is available starting at CHF 29.95 per month. The monthly cost depends on the selected term: CHF 54.95 per month for 2 months, CHF 39.95 per month for 3 months, and only CHF 29.95 per month for 6 months. After the chosen term ends, the subscription will automatically renew monthly at the price of the last selected term, unless you deactivate it beforehand.
No refunds are issued for unsuccessful property searches. While the TenantPlus subscription offers exclusive advantages, property availability cannot be guaranteed.
