Von hier aus bietet sich der interessanteste Blick auf das gesamte Becken mit der Insel San Giulio und Orta, die sich im klaren Wasser des Sees spiegeln. Spuren der Eleganz des 17. Jahrhunderts finden sich in den Voluten des Tores zum Innenhof, das sich einst in den Garten öffnete, in dem sich die Familienkapelle mit päpstlichem Dispens für die Feier von Hochzeiten befand, sowie in der noch sichtbaren Votiv-Aedikula und in den Andeutungen von Fresken an den Umfassungswänden des Hofes. Drei oberirdische Stockwerke mit einer Gesamtfläche von 300 Quadratmetern und einem Innenhof bieten einen hervorragenden Standort für verschiedene Arten von gewerblichen Aktivitäten. Das gewerblich genutzte Erdgeschoss wird bis zum 30. September 2022 von einem Restaurant belegt sein. Die Mieter sind verpflichtet, nicht nur die Räume und den Hof zu räumen, sondern auch den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten teilweise wiederherzustellen und das Vordach, das auf öffentlichem Grund steht, zu entfernen. The building is in need of renovation but its structure is solid, including the roof, the beams and the beola roofing. The practices for the renovation of the facade have already been approved by the regional landscaping department.
