Ab sofort vermieten wir ein sonnige und geräumige Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft. Ein standard Zimmer kostet CHF 940.- (inkl. NK) pro Monat. Mindestmietdauer ist 6 Monate.

Die Wohnung wurde im 2020 total saniert und verfügt über:

• edles Boden in alle Zimmer

• zwei Nasszellen- Waschmaschine in der Wohnung

• gerämige und gut ausgestattete Küche, inkl. Gemeinschaftsraum mit Esstisch und Stühlen; Geschirrspüller, FoodCenter, Mikrowelle, Kochgeschirr + Küchenutensilien sind ebenfalls vorhanden

• wöchentliche Reinigung der allgemeinen Räume ist inklusive.

• 2 Gb Wi-Fi in der ganzen Wohnung (inkl.)

• auf Wünsch Möblierung möglich

As of now, a room in a shared apartment is available. There is a standard room for CHF 940.- (incl. all utility fees) per month. Minimal rent duration is 6 months.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and has:

• High-quality floor in all rooms

• Abathroom and a separate shower

• Washing machine in the apartment

• Spacious and well-equipped kitchen, including a dining space with a table and chairs; dishwasher, food center, microwave, cookware and kitchen utensils are also available

• Weekly cleaning of the general areas is included in the price

• 2Gb Wi-Fi in the whole apartment (incl. in the rent)

• If needed, can be furnished
