Wir vermieten ab sofort eine wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Terrassenwohnung in unserem Haus in Rebstein. Die Wohnung wurde bisher als Ferienwohnung genutzt und soll nun langfristig an eine passende Einzelperson vermietet werden.

Besonders schön ist die aussergewöhnliche Lage mit einem weiten Blick über das Rheintal und auf die Bergwelt der Schweiz, Österreichs und Liechtensteins. Durch die sonnige Ausrichtung und die grosse Terrasse entsteht ein wunderbar offenes und entspanntes Wohngefühl.

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und verfügt über schönes Eichenparkett sowie Natursteinfliesen im Badezimmer. Direkt an die grosszügige Terrasse schliesst der Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Pool an.

Optional besteht die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung um ein weiteres Zimmer zu ergänzen, das separat über die Terrasse erreichbar ist. Dies kann bei Interesse individuell besprochen werden.

Zur Wohnung gehören ausserdem ein eigener Garagenplatz.

Unser Haus ist eine kleine, ruhige Hausgemeinschaft mit insgesamt drei festen Wohnparteien. Wir wünschen uns daher eine zuverlässige, rücksichtsvolle und ruhige Einzelperson, die ein schönes Zuhause sucht und Wert auf ein angenehmes und respektvolles Miteinander legt.

Die Wohnung ist aufgrund ihrer Grösse besonders gut für eine Einzelperson geeignet. Wir suchen ausdrücklich eine Nichtraucherin oder einen Nichtraucher.

Ein Haustier ist nach individueller Absprache eventuell möglich, da bereits ein Hund und eine Katze zum Haus gehören.

Available immediately, this beautiful and peaceful terrace apartment is located in our home in Rebstein. Until now, the apartment has been used as a holiday rental, and we are now looking for the right person to make it their long-term home.

One of the apartment’s most special features is its exceptional location, with beautiful open views across the Rhine Valley and towards the mountains of Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein. With plenty of sunlight and a very large private terrace, the apartment offers a wonderful sense of space and relaxed indoor-outdoor living.

The apartment is finished to a high standard, with beautiful oak parquet flooring and natural stone tiles in the bathroom. The spacious terrace leads directly to the shared garden and swimming pool.

There is also the option of adding an additional room, which is accessed separately from the terrace. This can be discussed individually if required.

The apartment also includes its own garage parking space as well as additional storage space.

Our house is home to a small and peaceful community of three permanent households. We are therefore looking for a reliable, considerate and quiet individual who is looking for a long-term home and appreciates a respectful and pleasant living environment.

Due to its size, the apartment is particularly well suited to one person. We are specifically looking for a non-smoker.

A pet may be possible by individual arrangement, as a dog and a cat already live at the property.
