Die Villa wurde im Jahr 1997 als Familienhaus erbaut. In 2010 fand die Erweiterung des Dachgeschosses statt, so dass jetzt auf 3 Ebenen je eine Wohnung auch abgeschlossen nutzbar wäre. Im Moment sind alle Ebenen verbunden, dass ließe sich einfach trennen. Zusätzlich ist unterhalb des Pools eine Gästewohnung,
Alle Bereiche sind durch separate Eingangstüren erreichbar.
Von jeder Ebene aus, gibt es Seeblick phänomenal bis nach Italien.

La villa è stata costruita nel 1997 come casa di famiglia. Nel 2010 è stato realizzato l'ampliamento del sottotetto, in modo che ora su 3 livelli un appartamento ciascuno sia completamente utilizzabile indipendentamente. Al momento tutti i livelli sono collegati tra loro, ma sarebbe facile separarli. Inoltre, sotto il livello della piscina si trova un altro appartamento per gli ospiti. Tutti gli appartamenti sono accessibili attraverso porte d'ingresso separate.
Da ogni livello si gode di una vista fenomenale sul lago fino all'Italia.
