Das Bürogebäude wird durch die T-Systems Schweiz genutzt und bietet neben einem Empfang und einem inhouse-Restaurant auch weitere Services wie Postdienste, Telefonie, Catering und CoWorking an. Reinigung, Unterhalt und Sicherheitseinrichtungen werden durch die T-Systems betrieben und sichergestellt.

Das vorhandene Mobiliar kann bei Bedarf bei Bedarf übernommen werden.

In der gesamten Bürofläche ist ein Doppelboden vorhanden. Eine grosszügige Coffeebar befindet sich in einem der beiden Trakte. Eine weitere Coffeebar/Teeküche kann bei Bedarf im anderen Trakt errichtet werden.
