Flatmates and atmosphere
You will be living with two flatmates: Allan, 29, and Stefano, 25. Both are IT engineers.
We are tidy, respectful and like to keep the apartment calm and clean. Thanks to the size of the apartment, particularly the large kitchen, spacious common areas and two bathrooms, sharing the space is easy even when everyone has different schedules.
We all travel regularly, so it is common for someone to be away for a few days. Throughout the rest of the year, we stay active with activities such as yoga, bachata, tennis and swimming.
We occasionally do things together, but mostly have our own lives and routines. The atmosphere is friendly, independent and low-drama. This is not a party flat.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and independent flatmate who values a clean, calm and respectful home.
Ideally, you have a regular work or study schedule, communicate openly and are happy to contribute to keeping the shared spaces tidy.
Everyone has their own routines and privacy, while occasionally sharing a meal, a drink or an activity together.
