Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und liebevoll eingerichtet: ein grosszügiges Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Blick in einen begrünten Innenhof mit altem Baum, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein geräumiger Balkon.

Die Lage ist kaum zu schlagen: 7 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof Stadelhofen, 7 Minuten mit dem Tram zum HB. Coop, Migros, Denner, Post, Apotheken und viele Restaurants liegen gleich um die Ecke.

Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung – ohne Waschplan.

Vermietet wird ausschliesslich möbliert und an Nichtraucher:innen.

Hello everyone

I'm subletting my furnished 2-room apartment for an indefinite period, with the option of taking over the lease later on.

The apartment is bright, quiet and thoughtfully furnished: a generous living room, a bedroom overlooking a green courtyard with an old tree, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a spacious balcony.

The location is hard to beat: a 7-minute walk to Stadelhofen station and 7 minutes by tram to Zurich HB. Coop, Migros, Denner, the post office, pharmacies and plenty of restaurants are just around the corner.

A shared washing machine is available in the basement – no fixed schedule.

Sublet furnished only, and to non-smokers.
