With a forwarding order, you can make sure your mail arrives reliably and safely at your new home even after the move.
If you move house, Swiss Post will forward your letters to your new location. The best way is to submit your forwarding order online or by calling the service number 0848 33 22 11. A forwarding order is valid for one year, but you can extend this term.
Post offices
All post offices accept forwarding orders. Please make sure to carry a valid ID with you.
