In dem hellen Studio stehen insgesamt drei Schlafplätze zur Verfügung: bestehend aus einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa für eine Person. Die moderne Küchenecke ist komplett ausgestattet mit Glaskeramikherd, Mikrowelle mit Back- und Grillfunktion, Kaffeemaschine sowie allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien. Das, zum Studio gehörende Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, Handtüchern, Haartrockner und Hygieneartikeln versehen.

Die Wohnung in Zürich beinhaltet folgende Leistungen: WiFi Internet, Satelliten TV mit internationalen Sendern, Waschmöglichkeiten, monatliche Reinigung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und alle Nebenkosten.

Die Wiedikon Apartments sind ein idealer Ort, um zu wohnen. Das Apartmentgebäude ist bestens an den öffentlichen Verkehr angeschlossen. Die nächste Tramstation befindet sich nur 300m entfernt und von dort aus erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof Zürich in ca. 20 Minuten. Den SZU Bahnhof Triemli erreicht man ausserdem zu Fuss in nur 10 Minuten. Von dort bringt einen die Bahn in ca. 15 Minuten ins Naherholungsgebiet auf dem Uetliberg. Zudem finden Sie in nächster Umgebung diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars.

In unserem Service sind folgende Leistungen inbegriffen: sämtliche Nebenkosten, WLAN Internet, TV, monatliche Zwischenreinigung (Aufenthalte länger als 45 Tage), Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Badetücher. Im Untergeschoss stehen Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur freien Mitbenützung zur Verfügung.

Die Endreinigung für Aufenthalte länger als 30 Tage beträgt CHF 200.00 und das Mietdepot beträgt CHF 2000.00. Haustiere sind gegen eine Zusatzgebühr erlaubt. Die Serafe Radio- und Fernsehabgabe ist nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen und muss vom Mieter bezahlt werden.

The apartment in Zurich includes the following services: WiFi internet, satellite TV with international channels, use of laundry, monthly cleaning, bed linen, towels and all additional costs.

The „Wiedikon Apartments“ are an ideal place to live. The apartment building is well connected to public transport. The nearest tram station is only 300m away and from there Zurich main station can be reached in approx. 20 minutes. The SZU station „Triemli“ can be reached in under 10 minutes by foot. From there trains will take you either to Zurich main station or on the Uetliberg Zurich’s largest recreational area. In addition, you will find various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.

The rent includes: all additional costs, Wi-Fi Internet, TV, monthly cleaning (stays longer than 45 days), bed linen and towels. Washing machines and dryers are available for free use in the basement.

Final cleaning for stays longer than 30 days is CHF 200.00 and the security deposit is CHF 2000.00. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. The Serafe radio and television fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant.
