One of the things we have appreciated most is the location. The lake is only about a five-minute walk away, making it easy to go for a swim, a run, or an evening walk after work. At the same time, public transport connections are excellent. Tram 7 is just around the corner (15min to Paradeplatz), and Wollishofen train station is within walking distance (10 min to HB).

The building is well maintained, the neighbours are very friendly, and the landlord has always been very helpful and responsive.
