Im August 2026 wird eine neue hochwertige Küche eingebaut mit Geschirrspühler, Glaskeramik sowie Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Das Bad wurde 2022 total saniert und verfügt über eine Badewanne sowie eine Regendusche. Solarzellen auf dem in den letzten Jahren ebenfalls sanierten Dach heizen das Warmwasser auf. Weiter verfügt die Wohnung über Einbauschränke und einen abschliessbaren Kellerraum (ca. 12 m2). Die Nutzung der Waschmaschine und des Trockenraums teilt man sich mit einer weiteren Partei.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in 2-Minuten Gehdistanz zur Aare und in nächster Nähe vom Gurten und ÖV. Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen.
