Description
I am looking for someone to take over my room in Austrasse 75. The rental aggreement is fixed term, but can be extended on request.
It's a very sunny, newly renovated room with immediate access to the balcony.
It is furnished:
\- Desk and office chair
\- Wardrobe, and a few shelves
\- Bed
The following utilities are included in the rent:
\- High-speed Wi-Fi
\- Cleaning service for common spaces
\- Water, Heating, and Electricity costs
There are 3 other tenants, each of them is quiet and helpful.
There is a common space where you can use the washing machines and the tumble dryer for free, as well as hang your clothes. Additionally, you can store lots of things in the basement in a closable compartment.
The University of Basel and the Biozentrum are a 10-15 minute walk away. There is an organic store and a Migros within a 5-minute walk.
Tram and Bus stations are also in immediate walking distance, as well as a nice park.
The room could be available from September 1

Ich suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer in der Austrasse 75 übernimmt. Der Mietvertrag ist befristet, kann aber auf Anfrage verlängert werden.
Es handelt sich um ein sehr sonniges, frisch renoviertes Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit:
Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl
Kleiderschrank und einigen Regalen
Bett
Folgende Nebenkosten und Leistungen sind im Mietpreis enthalten:
Schnelles WLAN
Reinigungsservice für die Gemeinschaftsbereiche
Wasser, Heizung und Strom
Es gibt drei weitere Mitbewohner, die alle ruhig und hilfsbereit sind.
Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsbereich, in dem du die Waschmaschinen und den Trockner kostenlos nutzen kannst und auch deine Wäsche aufhängen kannst. Zusätzlich gibt es im Keller ein abschliessbares Abteil, in dem du viele Dinge lagern kannst.
Die Universität Basel und das Biozentrum sind zu Fuss in 10–15 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Bio-Laden und eine Migros befinden sich jeweils etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.
Auch Tram- und Bushaltestellen sowie ein schöner Park sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Zimmer könnte ab dem 1. September verfügbar sein.
