À partir du 1er décembre 2026, nous recherchons un sous-locataire pour notre belle maison individuelle de 4,5 pièces.

La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et agréable et convient idéalement aux couples ou aux familles qui apprécient l'espace, la vie privée et leur propre jardin.

La maison a été rénovée il y a quelques années et impressionne avec des pièces lumineuses, des parquets en bois et beaucoup d'espace de stockage grâce aux armoires encastrées existantes. Le chauffage par le sol offre un confort de vie supplémentaire.

La maison comprend également une boîte de garage privée et deux places de parking extérieures. En outre, des pièces annexes pratiques et une buanderie privée avec lave-linge et sèche-linge sont à disposition.

Loyer : 2 900.– CHF par mois, hors frais accessoires. Les frais accessoires sont à la charge des locataires.

Si vous êtes intéressé, divers équipements de jardin, notamment des taille-haies, des tondes-jardins, des râteaux de jardin et d'autres outils de jardinage, peuvent être repris à un prix de reprise attractif. De plus, un salon de jardin avec une grande table à manger et une piscine Intex (environ 4 × 2 × 1 m) peuvent être repris. Les articles correspondants sont toujours sous garantie.
