The apartment is meant to cater to someone who does not want to deal with the hassle of furnishing an apartment and who expects to get a fully functional, high quality dwelling right away. As all the furniture and amenities are high end, the tenant is expected to treat the apartment with care. Note that the following are included: cable TV with numerous international channels, worldwide internet radio, wi-fi, all peripheral hardware for a computer/laptop, king-size bed, another single bed and lots of closet space. Note that the second bedroom is currently configured as a study and as a very large walk-in closet, plus a single bed. The apartment comes with a parking space in a secure underground garage in the building. Please note that the washer and dryer are in the basement and are shared with the other tenants. The central station of Lausanne can be reached in 5 minutes, the picturesque lake in about 15 minutes and the trip to Geneva International Airport takes about an hour.
