- Sihlcity is just a short distance away - Rieterpark is within easy walking distance and perfect for walks or relaxing outdoors - Lake Zurich can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot - the Uetliberg and surrounding nature areas are also easily accessible - Zurich city centre can be reached quickly by public transport/bus station in <1 min walk

The apartment is sublet fully furnished, making it possible to move in without the need to purchase additional furniture.

The apartment also features custom-made design elements, including smarthome designer living-room wall unit, which has been built specifically for the apartment and forms an integral part of the interior.

Should there be an opportunity at a later stage to take over the main tenancy, subject of course to the landlord's/management's approval, the designer wall unit would need to be taken over by the new tenant.

Move-in date

Professional cleaning of the apartment is scheduled for 17 September 2026.

Move-in is therefore possible from 17 September after completion of the cleaning/evening, or alternatively and more conveniently from 18 September 2026.
