We are renting out one of our vacation apartments on the Tenuta di Bisciano long-term to tenants from Switzerland. So far, the apartment has been rented out as a usual vacation accommodation. However, since we want to enjoy the peace and quiet on the estate and the constant change of guests causes a lot of traffic, we are now looking for fixed tenants.
