You can rent the spaces at the advertised price either in their raw state or with a minimalist basic fit-out. If desired, we can also design the space in a modern and individual way according to your needs and support you with a construction cost subsidy. Benefit from our experience - we will accompany you throughout the entire fit-out process.

Varied usage possibilities
