Flexible spaces – at the advertised price
You can rent the spaces at the advertised price either in their raw state or with a minimalist basic fit-out. If desired, we can also design the space in a modern and individual way according to your needs and support you with a construction cost subsidy. Benefit from our experience - we will accompany you throughout the entire fit-out process.
Varied usage possibilities
The spaces are ideal for a wide range of purposes: office, practice, school, showroom and much more. Approximately 1,100 m² are available per floor, with a minimum rental area of around 350 m².
