This makes it flexible for various business purposes. Currently, it is operated as a beverage and delicatessen shop, but numerous other concepts also find ideal conditions here.

2) Individual rental or combinations
There is also the possibility to rent the three units individually or to combine them individually. So the storage could serve as additional storage rooms for an existing operation, the shop could be used for a concept that does not require storage space, and the smaller commercial room could be used as an office or practice room.
