In the house with the oldest neon sign in the city, we are renting, by arrangement, a partially listed office space which is currently still under renovation.


You can expect the following:

The rooms marked as Office 2 & 3 on the plan are under monument protection and were renovated in careful collaboration as follows:

- Restored, old parquet floors

- Connecting door between the rooms



Office 1 on the plan:

Here we can offer you a say in the floor, electrical installations, and ceiling.
There is the possibility to cool the area (tenant expansion). Ventilation/air conditioning will be done until the start of the rental area.


The toilet facility in green belongs to the rental area; the IV toilet can be used jointly.
