In Basel, the Voltage is being built at Voltaplatz, a modern new construction project that combines 62 rental apartments and 14 attractive commercial units under one roof. The completion and move-in date is scheduled for June 1, 2027.

The commercial spaces are located on the ground floor and the 1st upper floor and are divided into three buildings: main building, annex building, and flat building.
