Description

We rent our beautiful, spacious apartment on the 2nd floor ONLY to non-smokers. The monthly rent is 1850Fr, including utilities and 1 parking space, excluding electricity. The apartment is located in our old farmhouse, was newly built in 2017/18, and lightly renovated in 2025. It is modern, has a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and an open living kitchen with a combi steamer and automatic skylights. The rooms are equipped with stretch carpets, and the entrance, living room, and kitchen have vinyl, a very low-maintenance floor in wood look. It would be possible to set up a terrace and keep small animals (such as rabbits) in the outdoor area. Shared use of the vegetable garden is also possible. We prefer a family or a couple (M+W) as tenants. We (the farmer and his wife) live with our soon-to-be 4-year-old son on the 1st floor of the house and run our agricultural business with dairy cows, mother sheep, and arable farming.
