Meine Möbel und allerlei nützliche Küchenutensilien bleiben vor Ort – du musst also nur noch deine Koffer auspacken!

  • Wohnbereich: Gemütliches Leder-Sofa, USM Haller Möbel, heller Essplatz. (auf Wunsch ist ein 65-Zoll TV verfügbar).

  • Küche: Modern ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, etc.

  • Schlafzimmer: 140cm Bett und viel Stauraum im Kleiderschrank und Kommoden.

  • Badezimmer: Hell gefliest mit Badewanne und Spiegelschrank.

  • Eine Waschküche ist zur Mitbenutzung einen Stock weiter oben vorhanden.

  • Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

  • Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt.

Zur Lage: Mitten in der Aarauer Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. / Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. 1 Gehminute zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Holzmarkt).

Miete inkl. Nebenkosten, Tumbler, Möbelmiete, Internet (ohne Strom - separat nach Abrechnung)

Option auf längere Vermietung / Übernahme im Anschluss nach Absprache ggf. möglich.
