You can choose between two rooms. The move-in date is negotiable.

The entire apartment is a 4.5-room apartment with approximately 102 \(m^{2}\), spanning two floors. It conveys the feeling of having one's own house in the middle of the city, in a quiet location near the Thun hospital.

The apartment (except for the room to be rented) is modernly furnished but can be supplemented with your own furniture. The amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as two bathrooms: one with a shower and bathtub on the upper floor and a separate toilet on the lower floor, both of which can be used.

The apartment also features a terrace with a beautiful view of Thun Castle and a small garden that can be co-designed.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the spacious, private basement.

A parking space can be taken over for 150 Fr. per month.

Public transportation and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The popular Mühleplatz is within walking distance, and Thun train station is about a 10-minute walk away.

About you:

Age and gender are irrelevant. You should be friendly, animal-loving, and tidy enough for a shared apartment.
Preference is given to German-speaking and employed individuals. A debt collection report is required.

The rent is 1200 Fr. per month, including utilities. If a parking space is desired, an additional 150 Fr. per month will be added. Electricity and other additional costs are shared.
