The furnished apartment is suitable for families or 3-person shared apartments (3 bedrooms, office, living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with its own washing machine and tumble dryer, garden) and is ideally located between the Aare, which is just a two-minute walk away, and the city center on a barely trafficked street, offering the perfect combination of urban life and nearby recreation.

The quarter is lively and family-friendly: numerous cafes, playgrounds, outdoor and indoor pools, shopping opportunities, and green corners are located in the immediate vicinity. The city center and Bern train station are also easily accessible, either on foot or by bus, whose next stop is just six minutes away.
