Ich verreise und vermiete meine gemütliche 1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung für drei Monate zur Untermiete.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Aarbergergasse, direkt vis-à-vis vom Ryfflihof. Der Bahnhof ist in ca. 2 Minuten, das Uni-Hauptgebäude in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig, da sie auf den Innenhof ausgerichtet ist.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und liegt im 4. Stock (ohne Lift), direkt neben der Waschküche sowie der grosszügigen Dachterrasse, die von der Hausgemeinschaft genutzt wird. Sie misst rund 30 m² und alle Räume sind separat schliessbar.

Es gibt keine Spülmaschine.
