Directly on the village square in Pieterlen, we rent a modern and spacious senior apartment with services.

All apartments are consistently built with age-appropriate features such as threshold-free door systems, elevators, non-slip floor coverings, support handles next to the toilet, etc.

Each apartment enjoys a wind-protected balcony (loggia), electric shutters, and is equipped with its own washing machine with drying function (tumbler).

The security concept includes 24-hour monitoring via the fixed installed emergency call device and a smoke detector.

A contact person takes care of the concerns of the seniors at fixed times during the week. Organized events such as game afternoons or joint lunches in the community room are also organized.

A wide range of à la carte services is available to tenants as needed. From warm midday meals, apartment cleaning, help with household chores, or even care provided by Spitex, can be obtained directly from local service providers.

For small favors, a caretaker is also available to you.

In addition to the rent, provision costs including emergency call are added per apartment and month:

Parking spaces can be rented in the house's own garage for CHF 120.- / month.
