The offices were newly painted in 2020 and a new floor was laid. In the basement, there are lockers and storage rooms. In principle, the sales area is rented out in a raw state and occupancy can be arranged with the current tenant, Medbase. The possible takeover of inventory and expansion can be requested if necessary.

The rent for the entire unit over three floors, including outdoor parking spaces on the north side of the property, amounts to net CHF 6,000.-- per month + CHF 900.-- for heating and ancillary costs.
