Due to a four-month trip, we are renting out our beautiful, fully furnished 4.5-room apartment in 6143 Ohmstal, LU, from 01.02.2027 to 25.05.2027.
The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple and offers:
* Spacious bedroom with 180 cm double bed
* Separate study for home office or study
* Another room remains closed during the rental period and is used for storing our private belongings
* Bathroom with shower and toilet
* Separate guest toilet, also with shower and toilet
* Laundry room with its own washing machine and dryer
* Large, sunny balcony with a wonderful view of the Pilatus chain and the surrounding mountains
* Two garage parking spaces for use
* WLAN & Swisscom TV
Rent: CHF 1600 per month, including utilities
No pets.

PS: The apartment also comes with a very uncomplicated roommate, our turtle. If you feel like taking care of her during the rental period, you would be doing us a great favor. The effort is limited: about once a month refill some water and monthly refill the food dispenser. She is low-maintenance, reliable, and guaranteed not to make loud party requests. The care is voluntary, but it would make us very happy.
