Zusätzlich hast du direkten Zugang in den Garten des Studentenwohnheims, den du mitbenutzen darfst. Eine Toilette befindet sich ebenfalls im Untergeschoss und steht dir zur Vefügung. Der Raum ist per sofort verfügbar und eignet sich perfekt als Kunststudio oder für alle, die einen kreativen Arbeitsplatz suchen. Bevorzugt wird jemand, der vorallem am Abend anwesend sein würde.

Die Bushaltestelle Dreilinden ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar und der Luzerner Bahnhof liegt 15 Gehminuten entfernt, und sowohl See als auch Bahn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
