Das grosse Schlafzimmer hat ein direkt zugängliches, 2024 saniertes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Zusätzlich stehen eine weitere kleine Dusche mit WC sowie ein separates Gäste-WC zur Verfügung.

Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Geschirrspüler und Backofen ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Tumbler befinden sich direkt in der Wohnung.

Ein Einstellhallenplatz kann dazugemietet werden.
