Currently, two rooms are available in a shared apartment (WG):

• Standard room without balcony for CHF 820.– per month (including all ancillary costs). The room can be rented furnished if required.

• Large room with balcony for CHF 1'050.– per month (including all ancillary costs).

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and offers the following amenities:

• Bathroom and separate shower room

• Washing machine directly in the apartment

• Spacious, modern kitchen with dining area (table and chairs), dishwasher, food center, microwave, cookware, and kitchen utensils

• Weekly cleaning of common areas is included in the rent

• 1 Gbit/s WLAN throughout the apartment (included in the rent)

The minimum rental period is 6 months.
