Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere wunderschöne 4.5 Zimmer-Mietwohnung in Oberscherli (7. Min. Autominuten von Köniz-Zentrum entfernt).

Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz und Umschwung. Wir Bewirtschaften aktuell den Siedlungsgarten alleine (ca.100m2) und darf übernommen werden. Dazu hat es noch neben dem Haus ein Geräteschopf sowie unter der Terrasse einen Keller. Schule und ÖV sowie der Dorfbeck sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Haustiere sind erlaubt.

Zusätzlich Übergeben wir einiges an Zubehör mit wie bspw.: das Cheminée, den Tumbler, einen kleinen Gefrierschrank, Lampen, Vorratsschrank, offener Kleiderschrank, bei Garage und im Keller Schränke usw. (Preis separat Verhandelbar).

Bei Interesse für eine Besichtigung darf man sich gerne per Nachricht melden.

Es gehört noch ein gedeckter Parkplatz dazu. Der Preis ist inkl. Nebenkosten
