Weiter hat die Wohnung einen recht grossen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen.
In 12 min mit Fahrrad, Bus oder Auto erreicht man den Bahnhof Luzern.
In 3 Gehminuten ist man bei Migros, Denner und Apotheke.
In 5 Minuten ist man am Vierwaldstättersee zum schwimmen und den See geniessen.
Die Waschküche ist sehr flexibel zum Waschen mit Trocknungsraum.
W Lan ist vorhanden.

Die Wohnung kostet Dich ca 1200Fr pro Monat all inklusive.
