Shopping facilities, the Stücki shopping center, a pharmacy, and the harbor are conveniently accessible on foot in about 5-10 minutes.
Important information:
* No social welfare recipients.
* Minimum rental period required.
* When moving out, it is your own responsibility to find a suitable successor.
* No pets.
* No foreign or regular visits, especially no late visits at night.
* The deposit is three months' rent and must be paid in cash upon moving in, together with the first month's rent.
