I'm offering a room to whoever can take my daughter to school in the morning and pick her up at noon. Babysitting is not really necessary, only 2 weeks a month.
I do the cleaning and shopping myself, as well as the babysitting.

My 4-year-old daughter, who lives with me, 1 week out of 2, I have a 3-room apartment with 2 balconies, close to the bus stop and Marin train station.
