Per 15. September ist unsere sehr schöne 4-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Dornacherstrasse 9, Neustadt Luzern, zu haben.

Besonders gefallen haben uns an der hellen Wohnung der gemütliche Balkon in den ruhigen Innenhof und die perfekte Lage. Auch der kleinere Stadtbalkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Weiter überzeugt die Wohnung mit schönen Parkettböden und modernem Ausbaustandard.

Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuss in 7 Minuten erreichbar, Coop und Migros in 2 Minuten. Trotzdem ist die Strasse verkehrsarm und recht ruhig.

Wir suchen per 15. September (oder je nach Absprache auch bereits bis zu einer Woche früher) Nachmieter:innen.
