We, a helpful mechanic, 60, a shy specialist in care, 34, and an open-hearted HPWS teacher, 55, (with 1 quiet, well-behaved dog and 3 curious alpacas, 9 chickens with a rooster) share, in addition to a complete infrastructure, a large park-garden (with a pond, party shelter, outdoor chimney and grill, lounge, summer table group, workshop and herb garden) and are looking for 3 roommates, possibly you? We are looking for drug-free, animal-loving, social, uncomplicated and not nocturnal roommates. (Unfortunately, we cannot consider social welfare recipients due to social service-related reasons).
We don't want to be a purpose-built shared apartment, but we're not a pension either. Shared meals, cooking, leisure time... can be freely and voluntarily done. Our household and operation is orderly, clean and well-regulated.
We place great emphasis on friendly manners and reliability.
Our home is 3 minutes' walk from the forest/Aare Uttigwelle and the train station (S1 line Thun-Bern).
One of the 2 rooms, CHF 770 (including utilities), will likely be available from September 1st/December 1st (possibly earlier). Another room, CHF 830 (including utilities), will be available from November 1st, possibly earlier. All rooms are furnished and can be partially or fully emptied upon request.
